Description

This two-bedroom apartment is located in the Born neighbourhood of Barcelona, right on the iconic Passeig del Born, one of the city’s most charming streets. The area is full of cafés, restaurants and shops, and Estació de França is just a short walk away. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning for your comfort throughout the year.

The living room is a cosy space with a sofa, TV and access to a balcony that lets in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the essential utensils. A dining table is also provided to enjoy meals at home.

It includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.

The Born district is one of the most vibrant areas in the city, known for its lively atmosphere, narrow streets, and cultural landmarks such as the Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar. The beach and the city centre are within walking distance, and thanks to excellent transport links, you can easily explore the rest of Barcelona.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is also for sale. Therefore, access must be allowed for commercial viewings coordinated by our customer service team, at times previously agreed with the tenant.
