This two-bedroom apartment is located in the Born neighbourhood of Barcelona, right on the Passeig del Born, one of the city’s most iconic streets. The area is full of cafés, restaurants and shops, and Estació de França is just a few minutes’ walk away. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning.

The living room is bright and comfortable, featuring a sofa, television and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other essential utensils, as well as a dining table to enjoy meals at home.

It has two bedrooms, both with natural light. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with a shower.

The Born district is one of the most vibrant areas in Barcelona, known for its charming narrow streets, lively squares and cultural landmarks such as the Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar. The beach and the city centre are within walking distance, and the area is well connected by public transport.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is also for sale. Therefore, access must be allowed for commercial visits coordinated by our customer service team, at times previously agreed with the tenant.
