This three-bedroom apartment with a private terrace is found in the beautiful Sants District in Barcelona. It has space for up to 4 people, and comes with WiFi, air conditioning & central heating, offering you all you need for a wonderful stay in our city.

The open living-diner, it is filled with natural light, from the private terrace. It has modern, white decor and furniture. You will have the sofas and television to use and relax with after a long day of exploring your surrounding area. Next to this space, you will find the dining table, which allows you and your guests to eat together at meal times.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen. In this part of the apartment, aside from all your utensils, there will also be a microwave, coffee maker, blender and pots and pans.

The bedrooms have one double bed and two single beds, for you and your guests to live here in comfort. The bedroom offers lots of natural light and give off a spacious feel, and has plenty of wardrobe space for all your belongings. In addition to this, there is a modern bathroom complete with shower that gives you a private space.

Being located in the Sants District offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona. From here you are just a 4-minute´s walk from the Plaça d’Espanya which is one of the best connected areas in Barcelona and one of the largest squares in Spain. Here you will also find the Arenas Shopping Center for shopping or going to the supermarket. The beautiful Magic Fountain of Montjuïc is just a 10-minute´s walk away. The Sants Station is only a 13-minute´s walk from the apartment, so that you can have great access to the rest of Barcelona.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona´s biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d´Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona´s city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
