The living room features a sofa, television, and large windows that bring in abundant natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, as well as other essential utensils. It also has a dining area for enjoying meals at home.

The 42m² apartment includes two bedrooms, both with wardrobes to store your belongings. The bathroom has a shower and modern finishes.

The El Born neighbourhood is one of Barcelona’s most charming areas, known for its lively streets, cultural landmarks such as the Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar, and for its proximity to both the beach and the Gothic Quarter. Its public transport connections make it easy to explore the rest of the city.
