This wonderful new-build apartment, constructed in April 2022, is located in the Badalona Marina, within a quiet residential community with 24-hour security and concierge service. With WiFi, it is the perfect place to enjoy a stay close to the sea and to the city of Barcelona.

The open-plan living and dining area features a sofa and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table. Next to this space you will find the fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. From the living room you have access to the spacious private terrace of 30 m², from which you can enjoy pleasant sea views.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for all your belongings. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds, both bedrooms equipped with a TV. The two bedrooms are filled with natural light thanks to large windows. There is also one full bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a separate toilet.

The building offers 2 communal swimming pools, one for adults with accessible access for people with reduced mobility, and one for children, as well as a children’s playground, ideal for families. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 200 metres from Platja de la Mora, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés. There is also a gym 300 metres from the apartment and a bus stop just 5 minutes’ walk away. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, you can reach the centre of Badalona quickly. By Rodalies train (R1) or bus (B7), you can reach the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it an ideal option for daily commuting.

The apartment includes a 12 m² parking space with an electric vehicle charging point. Additionally, there is the possibility of renting a 5.50 m² storage room, subject to availability. The cost of both is not included in the rent.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be granted for property viewings twice a month, coordinated by our Customer Service team at times agreed in advance with the tenant. Parking is available subject to availability and at an additional cost of €125 + VAT.

Thanks to its excellent location and transport connections, from Badalona you can discover every corner of Barcelona, explore its architecture or get to know some of the most popular areas of Catalonia, such as Girona or the Costa Brava.

Staying in this zone, you will be perfectly connected to Barcelona by metro (L2) and train, reaching the center of the capital of Catalonia in just a few minutes. From here you can comfortably reach the most important places in Barcelona such as La Sagrada Familia, Plaza Universidad, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, among many others.
