Description

This wonderful newly built apartment, completed in April 2022, is located at the Badalona Marina, in a quiet community with 24-hour security and concierge. With WiFi connection and available air conditioning, it is the perfect place to enjoy a stay near the sea and the city of Barcelona.

The open-plan living-dining room features a sofa and a smart TV, along with a dining table. Next to this area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. From the living area, you will have access to the spacious private terrace of 20m², where you can enjoy pleasant sea views.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with ample storage space for your belongings. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds; both rooms have a TV. The two bedrooms are filled with natural light, thanks to large windows. There are also 2 full bathrooms with a shower and WC.

The building features 2 communal swimming pools, one for adults with access for people with disabilities, and another for children, along with a playground, ideal for family enjoyment. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 200 meters from Platja de la Mora, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés. There is also a gym 300 meters from the apartment and a bus stop 5 minutes on foot. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can reach the center of Badalona in no time. With the Rodalies train (R1) or the bus (B7), you can reach the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it an ideal choice for daily commuting.

The apartment includes a 12m² parking space. In addition, there is the possibility of renting a 5.50 m² storage room, subject to availability. The cost of both is additional to the rent.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be granted for commercial viewings twice a month, coordinated by our customer service team, at times previously agreed with the tenant.

Thanks to its excellent location and transport connections, from Badalona you can discover every corner of Barcelona, explore its architecture or get to know some of the most popular areas of Catalonia, such as Girona or the Costa Brava.

Staying in this zone, you will be perfectly connected to Barcelona by metro (L2) and train, reaching the center of the capital of Catalonia in just a few minutes. From here you can comfortably reach the most important places in Barcelona such as La Sagrada Familia, Plaza Universidad, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, among many others.

If you are looking for a 100% local experience, you cannot miss the old town of Badalona, located in the center of the city, which 100 years ago was an old fishing district.
