Just off the famous Las Ramblas, in one of Barcelona’s most multicultural and lively areas, you’ll find this centrally located apartment, which was fully renovated in 2024. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building without a lift.

The apartment features a lovely spacious living room with a large, comfortable sofa and a TV so you can enjoy your favourite shows. The living room is filled with natural light thanks to the balcony windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It also has air conditioning and radiators for added comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, so you can cook whenever it suits you. There is also a pleasant dining area with a table and chairs for enjoying your meals.

The bedrooms offer plenty of storage space and wardrobes for all your belongings. They are also well lit and equipped with ceiling fans and radiators to ensure a comfortable temperature in any season. The apartment also has one bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is located in a very popular and central area of Barcelona. You’ll be just a 5-minute walk from the famous MACBA museum. La Boqueria Market is also only a 6-minute walk away, where you can discover traditional Barcelona cuisine. Plaça de Catalunya is just an 11-minute walk from the apartment and is one of Barcelona’s most central locations, making it the perfect starting point for getting around the city. Explore some of Barcelona’s most popular attractions, including the Palau de la Música, Santa Maria del Mar, Casa Batlló and Arc de Triomf, all less than 15 minutes from the apartment.

IMPORTANT: Parties are strictly prohibited, and guests must respect the neighbours’ quiet hours by keeping noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 10:00. Failure to comply with these rules may result in financial penalties in accordance with the booking conditions and the applicable procedures of the channel through which the reservation was made.

The Raval is a multicultural neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its ethnic diversity, its wide culinary offerings, and its vibrant atmosphere. Its central location allows quick access to the city´s main tourist attractions, such as Las Ramblas, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Christopher Columbus monument, and the port. Additionally, Raval is an important artistic hub featuring the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and the CCCB (Barcelona Centre of Contemporary Culture), along with other small art galleries.

This neighbourhood also stands out for its active nightlife, filled with eclectic bars and venues. However, as with any central and lively area, it´s recommended to take certain precautions, especially at night. It?s advisable to stay in well-lit streets and remain aware of your surroundings, following the usual safety recommendations for enjoying any major city.
