This stylish 3-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of the Eixample district, offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. With Wi-Fi and air conditioning, you’ll stay connected and relaxed no matter the season you visit Barcelona.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave-oven combo, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, along with other utensils you may need. Next to the kitchen, the cozy living room provides the perfect space to unwind, featuring a flat-screen TV and a comfortable seating area.

The apartment features three bedrooms. All beds are single, although they can be arranged as double beds. Please note that even if they are set up as doubles, the mattresses and bed frames remain individual. The full bathroom includes a shower and a WC.

Located in Eixample, one of Barcelona’s most iconic neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by stunning architecture, local restaurants, and shops. With easy access to public transport, you’ll be just minutes from the city’s main attractions. Plaça Catalunya is only 10 minutes away by metro, giving you quick access to Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. Plaça Espanya is just a 12-minute walk from the apartment. Additionally, the Mercat de Sant Antoni is only an 8-minute walk away, making it easy to shop for fresh produce for your meals.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d´Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic ´Woman and Bird´ sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
