This spacious apartment allows you to relax and enjoy home-cooked meals, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen next to the open-plan dining area leading to the balcony.

The apartment has been completely renovated and accommodates up to 3 people. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. There’s also a bright, modern full bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment includes air conditioning in both the dining room and main bedroom, as well as TV and Internet access to stay connected and plan your activities in Barcelona.

Location: Perfectly connected, the apartment is only 100 meters from bus lines (Blue Bus) EP1 and JM, which take you to Avinguda Diagonal (Metro L3 / Green), one of Barcelona’s main shopping streets.

It’s a 17-minute walk to the Zona Universitaria metro station (L3 / Green), ideal for students, as the area hosts several of Barcelona’s top universities. From there, you have easy access to the city center and the Airport (Metro L9 South), reaching Terminals 1 and 2 in about 15 minutes — the same travel time to Fira de Barcelona, where major events take place throughout the year. There’s also a second bus stop 11 minutes away, on Carretera de Esplugues, near Cervantes Park.

For your shopping needs, the apartment is just 300 meters from Spain’s largest LIDL supermarket, ensuring your fridge is always stocked with fresh ingredients.

Just 20 minutes on foot (900 m) you’ll find Mirador dels Xiprers, within the Collserola mountain range, one of the world’s largest metropolitan parks, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Barcelona.

Additionally, the apartment is only 290 meters (3-minute walk) from Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, one of the most renowned hospitals in Barcelona.
