This spacious apartment allows you to relax and enjoy home-cooked meals, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen located next to the open-plan dining area that leads onto the balcony.

This apartment is completely renovated and can accommodate 3 people. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for groups or families. The apartment also includes a bright and modern full bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment has TV and internet access to stay connected and plan the rest of your activities in Barcelona.

Location: This apartment is ideal for transport, as it is only 100 metres from the bus line (Blue Bus) EP1 and JM, which takes you towards Avinguda Diagonal (Metro L3 / Green), one of Barcelona’s main avenues full of shops.

The apartment is also just a 17-minute walk from the Zona Universitària metro station (Metro L3 / Green), making it ideal for students, as some of Barcelona’s most important universities are located nearby. From here, there are also connections to the city centre via public transport, as well as a metro line to the Airport (Metro L9 Sud), which reaches Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in around 15 minutes, the same time it takes to reach the Fira de Barcelona, where some of the most important events and meetings take place throughout the year. Finally, it is only an 11-minute walk to a second bus stop located on Carretera de Esplugues, near Cervantes Park.

For shopping, the apartment is 300 metres from the largest LIDL in Spain, ensuring you will always have a fridge full of fresh ingredients for cooking.

You only need to walk 20 minutes (900m) to Mirador dels Xiprers within La Sierra de Collserola, one of the largest metropolitan parks in the world, if you want to enjoy one of the best panoramic views of Barcelona.

It is also useful to note that this apartment is located 290 metres from Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, a 3-minute walk away, one of the most renowned hospitals in Barcelona.
