It features a table and chair set and overlooks the charming Avinguda Gaudí—an ideal place to relax, read, or enjoy a morning coffee.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, toaster, and both a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine and a traditional coffee maker.

The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, each with ample storage space for your belongings. There´s also a dedicated work desk area if you need to catch up on tasks during your stay. You´ll find 2 complete bathrooms, each featuring a shower and WC. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Located in the Eixample district, you´re just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia. In under 40 minutes by metro, you can reach Plaça Catalunya, a central hub perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. And for those looking for nature and scenic beauty, Parc de la Ciutadella is a 36-minute metro journey, offering stunning views and green space to enjoy during your stay.

IMPORTANT: The apartment is equipped with security cameras located in the living room and the kitchen. These cameras remain completely deactivated throughout the guest´s stay and are only activated between check-out and the next check-in, as a control and security measure for the property, always respecting your privacy.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of ´Modernisme´ architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí´s unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood´s convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
