This three-bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample district, just a few steps from the Sagrada Familia. With WiFi, air conditioning, and central heating, it offers everything you need for a wonderful stay in Barcelona.

In the living-dining room, you’ll find a sofa and a television to relax after a day exploring the city. Next to this space, there is a dining table where you can enjoy your home-cooked meals. Thanks to the large windows that lead to the balcony, the area benefits from plenty of natural light.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have a fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as other basic utensils.

There are three bedrooms in the apartment, each with ample storage space to keep all your belongings. In addition, there are two full bathrooms with shower and WC.

Enjoy the communal rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city, equipped with comfortable sun loungers—perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and taking in some of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks.

Being located in the Eixample area offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all major points of interest. For sightseeing, you are just 2 minutes’ walk from the former bullring La Monumental, and only 8 minutes’ walk from the stunning Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you´re just 11 minutes’ walk from the Glòries Shopping Center and 8 minutes by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From there, you’ll have access to Plaça Catalunya and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of ´Modernisme´ architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí´s unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood´s convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
