This 2-bedroom apartment is located between the neighborhoods of l´Eixample and El Raval. With WiFi connection and air conditioning available in the living room, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable stay in the city of Barcelona.

The living-dining room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a dining table. You’ll also have access to an 80 m² shared terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the city’s pleasant weather.

The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, along with other utensils you might need during your stay. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each offering ample storage space for your belongings. The first bedroom is a double room and includes a TV. The second is equipped with a single bed and a desk, ideal for working. There is also 1 full bathroom with a shower and toilet and 1 additional toilet.

Being centrally located in Barcelona, you’ll be just a 1-minute walk from the well-known Mercat de Sant Antoni, where you’ll find a wide variety of local products. Nearby, you’ll also find cafés, bars, and restaurants. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you’ll be able to explore the rest of the city with ease.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
