El Raval is one of Barcelona’s most multicultural and cosmopolitan neighborhoods, while Sant Antoni (part of the Eixample district) is one of the city’s trendiest areas, famous for its cocktail bars and stylish cafés. The apartment is just a minute’s walk from the Sant Antoni Market, one of the city’s most iconic markets, recently reopened after an extensive renovation, and only five minutes from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of Barcelona’s main avenues.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access for coordinated viewings arranged by customer service will need to be granted at times agreed with the tenant.
