Located on the border between the districts of El Raval and Sant Antoni, the location of this apartment is unbeatable. El Raval is one of the most multicultural and cosmopolitan areas of Barcelona, while Sant Antoni (part of the Eixample district) is one of the city’s trendiest areas, known for its fashionable bars and cafés. The apartment is just one minute from the Sant Antoni Market, one of the city’s most characteristic markets, recently reopened after four years of renovation work. It is also just five minutes from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of the largest avenues in Barcelona, which runs through the city centre.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be allowed for commercial viewings coordinated by customer service, at times previously agreed with the tenant.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger.
