The apartment has its own balcony, plus 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet. In addition, it is fitted with air conditioning and central heating. The apartment also enjoys access to a lovely 25 m² private terrace!

On the border of the El Raval and Sant Antoni districts, the location of this apartment is unbeatable. El Raval is one of Barcelona’s most multicultural and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods, while Sant Antoni (within the Eixample area) is one of the city’s most important districts, known for its trendy bars and cafés. The apartment is just one minute from the Sant Antoni market, one of the city’s most distinctive markets, recently reopened after four years of renovation works, and five minutes from the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of Barcelona’s largest avenues that runs through the city centre.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger.
