Located next to Plaza Espanya, you’ll find this cosy three-bedroom apartment in the lively Sants neighbourhood. With WiFi, air conditioning and central heating, everything is in place for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Barcelona.

The spacious dining area features a modern design and is perfect for relaxing and socialising after a day exploring the city. The living room includes a seating area with a TV and poufs. This comfortable space not only offers a large dining table, but also plenty of room and an open connection to the kitchen.

The apartment is filled with natural light thanks to the glass doors leading to the private terrace. The terrace also features an outdoor dining table, in addition to the one inside. This open space gives you and your guests the chance to dine al fresco and enjoy Barcelona’s summer evenings as the days grow longer.

The fully equipped kitchen makes this an excellent space for cooking and socialising. Its design follows the modern interior style seen throughout the apartment. You’ll also find a microwave, oven and dishwasher, as well as all the utensils you need to stock up and try your hand at preparing some Spanish-inspired dishes.

The three bedrooms offer bright, modern and spacious areas to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your guests. The apartment has two bathrooms. The larger bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub and includes everything you’ll need during your stay. The second bathroom features a shower cabin and washing machine, ideal for an apartment that can accommodate multiple guests.

Being located next to Plaza Espanya allows you to enjoy a lively area slightly away from the city centre. The apartment is just a 4-minute walk from Arenas de Barcelona, a former bullring now converted into a shopping centre, perfect for a day of retail therapy. You’re also only 8 minutes on foot from the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc, one of Barcelona’s most iconic attractions, especially in winter when the light shows are on. This area also hosts the city’s main New Year’s Eve fireworks, offering fantastic views. In addition, Poble Espanyol is just a 12-minute walk away, a historic ‘village’ showcasing architecture inspired by all regions of Spain. There are few better areas to stay in Barcelona than this one.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona´s biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d´Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona´s city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
