Located next to Plaza España, you’ll find this cosy three-bedroom apartment in the lively Sants neighbourhood. With WiFi, air conditioning and central heating, everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Barcelona is right here.

The spacious living and dining area features a spectacular design and is ideal for relaxing and socialising after a day in the city. It benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to the balcony. In the living area, there is a space with a TV and poufs. This comfortable area offers plenty of room and connects openly with the kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen is an excellent space for cooking and socialising. Its design continues the beautiful interior style found throughout the apartment. You’ll also find a microwave, oven and dishwasher, as well as all the utensils you need to stay self-catered and try some Spanish-inspired dishes.

The three bedrooms offer modern, bright and spacious areas to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your guests. The first bedroom features a double bed made up of two single beds. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children. Finally, the third bedroom offers two separate single beds, providing a bit more privacy.

The apartment has two bathrooms. The first bathroom is larger and is fully equipped with a bathtub, offering everything you’ll need during your stay. The second bathroom includes a shower cabin and washing machine, ideal for an apartment accommodating several guests.

Being located next to Plaza Espanya gives you the opportunity to stay in a lively area away from the city centre. The apartment is just 4 minutes from Arenas de Barcelona, a former bullring now converted into a shopping centre, perfect for a day of shopping. You’re also only an 8-minute walk from the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc, one of Barcelona’s most iconic attractions, especially in winter when the light shows are on. This is also the location of the city’s main New Year’s Eve fireworks, offering fantastic views. In addition, Poble Espanyol is a 12-minute walk away, a historic “village” where you can admire architecture inspired by all regions of Spain. There are few better areas in Barcelona to stay.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona´s biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d´Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona´s city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
