Description

This bright 1-bedroom apartment is located at the foot of Montjuïc hill. It comes with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure a relaxing environment during your stay in Barcelona.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and a cooker, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. The open-plan living-dining area includes a TV for entertainment and opens up to a balcony that brings in plenty of natural light. There is also a washer for added convenience.

The living area transforms into a bedroom, thanks to the sliding doors. There is a double bed with ample storage space for your belongings. In addition, there are also two single beds to accommodate extra guests. The apartment also has one complete bathroom with a WC and a shower, as well as an additional WC.

Located in the Poble Sec neighbourhood, this apartment is well connected to public transport links. Montjuïc is only a 15-minute walk away, offering stunning views and attractions. Mercat de la Boqueria, famous for its fresh produce and Catalan cuisine, is within a 20-minute walk, while Gaudí´s incredible Casa Batlló is just an 18-minute metro ride away.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona´s historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona´s nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona ´Broadway´, rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don´t miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this ´barrio´.
