The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a drip coffee maker, oven, kettle, and a washing machine for added convenience.

There is also a small dining area where you can comfortably enjoy your meals at home.

The sleeping area comes with plenty of wardrobe space and opens directly onto a cozy balcony with outdoor seating — perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.  There is also a full bathroom with shower and toilet.

Located right on the iconic Rambla del Born, you’ll be surrounded by medieval streets, great restaurants, antique shops, and local cafés. The beautiful Santa Maria del Mar basilica is just 2 minutes away on foot. Parc de la Ciutadella is a 9-minute walk from the apartment, ideal for strolling, exercising, or having a picnic. If you enjoy cooking or tasting traditional delicacies, the Santa Caterina Market is just 6 minutes away on foot, offering fresh produce and Catalan specialties.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
