The property includes 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Additionally, there are 2 complete bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and WC, providing extra comfort.

Located in the bustling Las Ramblas area, this apartment places you in the very heart of Barcelona. The Sagrada Familia is just a 20-minute metro ride away, while Parc de la Ciutadella, one of the city’s most beautiful green spaces, can be reached in 23 minutes by metro. Just a 9-minute walk away, you’ll find Mercat de la Boqueria, Barcelona’s most iconic market. Famous for its vibrant food stalls, fresh local produce, and an incredible selection of tapas, this is a must-visit spot for food lovers.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
