Located in a historic building from 1900, designed by architect Domènec i Montaner, this apartment features intricate details such as stained glass windows, decorative ceilings and a beautifully crafted façade. The location is ideal, close to Plaza Real and just 18 minutes by metro from the iconic Arc de Triomf. Other highlights such as La Pedrera and Casa Batlló are only 15 minutes by metro, while Plaza Catalunya is just 16 minutes on foot.

Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city´s neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.
