This two-bedroom apartment with space for up to three people is found in the trendy area of Poble Nou. With WiFi and a communal terrace it is the perfect place for your next stay in Barcelona.

In the living space, there is a traditional feel, seen through the beautiful wooden ceiling beams, combined with modern, stylish furnishings. You have the sofa & television to use to relax, as well as a dining table next to this space to use for meal times.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen to use for meal times. In this part of the apartment, aside from utensils, there is an oven, microwave, and pots & pans, as well as a kettle, coffee machine and toaster to start your day off well with a good breakfast.

The first bedroom has a double bed, with a balcony which allows lots of natural light to illuminate this space. The second bedroom is complete with a single bed and wardrobe for another guest to live in comfort. The bathroom complete with shower is decorated to the same modern standard seen in the rest of the apartment.

Being located in Poble Nou offers a great spot in Barcelona close to the Mediterranean Sea. From here you are just 15 minute´s walk from the beautiful Mar Bella Beach. For shopping and a bite to eat, there is the Glòries Shopping Centre just 13-minute´s walk from the apartment. The Rambla del Poblenou, where you can find some of the neighbourhoods best bars and restaurants, is just 3 minute´s walk from your apartment here. For your groceries, a mercadona supermarket is only 2-minute´s walk from the apartment, and the Poblenou Market is just 8 minute´s walk.

Poblenou is Catalan for ´New Village´, and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town´s proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou.

Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.

The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere. Choosing an apartment in Poblenou will leave you connected by metro, bus, and tram to all other parts of the city and within walking distance from some of the best beaches in the city.
