This wonderful three-bedroom apartment is located near the Sagrada Familia, making it perfect for small groups, as it can accommodate up to 5 people. It provides all the necessary amenities for a memorable stay in Barcelona, as well as air conditioning in the living room to ensure a comfortable experience.

The entire apartment features a contemporary décor with dark accents. The cozy living-dining room is equipped with a TV, sofa and dining table, offering the ideal place to relax after a day exploring the city. In addition, there are traditional architectural features visible in the curved ceiling. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset or admire the streets below.

For preparing your Spanish-inspired meals, you will find a fully equipped kitchen located next to the dining area. This space is bright, thanks to the abundant natural light. The kitchen includes an oven, toaster and kettle, among other appliances.

There are three double bedrooms in the apartment, each decorated in the same warm and elegant style as the rest of the space. They are very bright and offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. Additionally, the large and renovated bathroom creates a clean and private space for all guests to use.

Being located close to Barcelona’s main attractions, the area can be noisy. However, the apartment itself is situated in a quiet spot and just 9 minutes on foot from the Sagrada Familia, one of Barcelona’s top landmarks. Also nearby is La Monumental, a former bullring with incredible architecture, just 9 minutes on foot. Another must-see attraction is the Arc de Triomf, which is 24 minutes away on foot.

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of ´Modernisme´ architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí´s unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood´s convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
