This three-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 people in a comfortable setting in the Poblenou neighbourhood. This attractive apartment offers amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning. On the first floor, you will find the modern open-plan living and dining area, featuring a sofa, TV and plenty of natural light. Right next to the sofa is the balcony, offering views of the street. This comfortable space is ideal for you and your fellow guests to relax after a day exploring Barcelona. The dining table also provides the perfect place to enjoy a home-cooked meal.

Next to the open dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need in a clean and well-designed space. Amenities include an oven, ceramic hob and refrigerator, perfect for preparing your favourite dishes or trying some Spanish-inspired recipes. You will also find all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils for preparing your meals.

Housed in a converted factory, this art museum offers a unique cultural experience just a 10-minute walk away. There is also a wide variety of bars and restaurants in the area, as the neighbourhood is known for its seafood and relaxed nightlife. As for transport connections, the Poblenou metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick and easy access to the rest of the city.

Poblenou is Catalan for ´New Village´, and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town´s proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou.

Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.

The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere. Choosing an apartment in Poblenou will leave you connected by metro, bus, and tram to all other parts of the city and within walking distance from some of the best beaches in the city.
