This beautiful, modern apartment is located in the creative Poblenou neighbourhood, known for its bars and restaurants. The apartment offers everything you may need for a great stay in Barcelona, including amenities such as WiFi, so you can stay connected throughout your trip.

In the open-plan space, you will find the living and dining area and the kitchen. There is also a balcony connected to the living area, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the apartment and creating a bright and spacious atmosphere.

The kitchen blends seamlessly into the main living space. The black-and-white furniture and décor create a contemporary style that continues throughout the apartment.

There are two bedrooms. The first features a double bed and provides a comfortable space for two people. The second has a bunk bed, perfect for children. Both bedrooms continue the apartment´s modern design, with decorative wall details and elegant finishes. The recently renovated bathroom follows the apartment´s black-and-white aesthetic and provides a clean, private space.

Located in Poblenou, you will be staying in a quiet and safe area within easy reach of some of Barcelona´s top attractions. One of the highlights is Bogatell Beach, just a 14-minute walk away and perfect for enjoying during the spring and summer months. For shopping, Glòries shopping centre is a 13-minute walk away. Finally, Parc de la Ciutadella, around a 22-minute walk away, is also close to the Arc de Triomf and Barcelona Zoo.

Poblenou is Catalan for ´New Village´, and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town´s proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou.

Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.

The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere. Choosing an apartment in Poblenou will leave you connected by metro, bus, and tram to all other parts of the city and within walking distance from some of the best beaches in the city.
